My name is Sam, and I am a Clinical Duopody Reflexologist. Duopody Reflexology is a unique technique that involves both feet being treated simultaneously, symmetrically and methodically, exactly reflecting each organ and system in your body.  Duopody is a highly efficient, effective, relaxing, and enjoyable method of Reflexology treatment.

I have personally experienced the huge benefits to health and well-being that complementary therapies can offer.  I have worked in the busy, unforgiving but wonderful NHS for the last 20+ years but during this time, I experienced the detrimental effect that stress and fatigue can have on the mind and body and so I have a particular interest in the benefit of Reflexology to combat these common problems. 

Though I remain on the NMC Register as a practising Midwife, my belief in Reflexology is such that, I gave up my “day” job, to work as a Reflexologist!

As I couldn’t completely let go of my involvement with new parents and babies, I have also trained as a Baby Massage Instructor through the wonderful Hands on Babies company!  Baby Massage is proven to enhance a baby’s physiological and psychological development and is learnt in small classes in a relaxed and friendly environment.
