Tear Trough
Tear Trough Filler is a dermal filler that is injected into the ‘trough’ underneath the eye to decrease the hollowness of the area. Commonly known as ‘eye bags,’ or ‘dark circles’ the trough of the eye or occipital hollow can appear dark and undesirable.
There are many factors that contribute to this physical change to the skin. The ongoing ageing process and/or with social and environmental factors may contribute and increase depth and discolouration which can worsen over time.

How does Dermal Fillers work?
Dermal Filler is injected into the Tear Trough via a microcannula – an extremely thin tube.
An insertion point is made around the cheekbone area so that the microcannula can be fed through. This means that dermal filler can be injected more precisely and carefully into the delicate area under the eye. The cannula technique allows for less chance of bruising and is less uncomfortable.
